FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
My studio is based in Ashford, Surrey: 15 Queens Walk (side entrance), TW15 3JG. Yes, I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, I do offer personalised digital gift vouchers. It is possible to purchase a voucher for either a specific amount and then the gifted person can decide which package s/he would like to purchase and use the voucher to partially cover the cost of the photoshoot or you can buy a full package of your choice. All vouchers are valid for 1 year.

How long does a newborn session last?
Newborn sessions are held from around 10 am to around 2 pm. When you add up all the changing nappies, feeding and comforting- we basically have just the right amount of time to photograph your little darling. I absolutely cannot wait to meet your newest addition.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 3 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can choose your favorites, and I will then start working on those images and they should be ready within approximately 21 days, digital photos (saved on my branded USB) and prints will be sent directly to your home address.
How many pictures will we receive?
It depends on the package you choose. The standard 10 images package will give you around 40-50 images in a gallery to choose from. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
When do I need to book a newborn session?
The best time to schedule a newborn session is before you have your baby- ideally when you are 7/8 months pregnant.
When do I need to book my maternity photo shoot?
The best time to schedule your Maternity Session is when you are 32-36 weeks pregnant, when your bump is nicely round, when you feel good and energised. Women who are growing a bit more rapidly, may need to book their session a bit earlier (28- 32 weeks).
It is best to book your session at least 4 weeks in advance.

Can I book you for my daughter's/son's birthday party?
Yes, of course! It will be a pleasure. Individual enquires are more than welcome. I am always happy to attend family events such as: christenings, birthdays, Holy Communions, baby showers etc.
